Q. What forms of payments do you accept?

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We will soon accept Mr. Fibs gift cards. The code for the gift card is entered at check out.

Q. Does Mr. Fibs ship to P.O. Boxes?

A. Yes, we do.

Q. How much is shipping and handling?

A. Shipping costs will vary with each individual order. All shipping options and costs will be calculated and provided for you prior to checkout.

Q. How long does it take to receive my socks once I placed my order?

A. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing orders. A shipment notification email will arrive 1-2 business days after you receive your initial order confirmation email, and it will include a tracking link. Wait time will vary by shipping option selected.

Q. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

A. We generally process orders within 1-2 business days. Unfortunately, once we've fulfilled and shipped your order, we are unable to cancel or make any changes.

Q. Do you ship internationally outside of the continental United States?

A. No, we currently only ship to the U.S. and Mexico. More countries will be added soon!

Q. What is your exchange/return policy?

A. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept undamaged product for exchange/returns within 30 days of the order date. We offer online credit or exchanges/returns on any of our products, excluding sale items. Store credit is valid for up to 90 Days. We do not refund or reimburse shipping charges. Any merchandise considered worn/used cannot be exchanged or returned. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

Q. If my socks were purchased through a 3rd party that does offer returns, can I return my socks if they don't fit?

A. No. You will need to contact them directly for their specific exchange/return instructions.
